Job Description
A beautiful Eco-Lodge is looking for an ASSISTANT LODGE OPERATIONS MANAGER to join their team.
This Bush Lodge is off-the-grid, offering guests an intimate setting to experience the thrill of the local wildlife in the Timbavati region. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who can assist with the management of all Lodge operations, and is passionate about conservation, hospitality and the overall guest experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Lodge or Boutique Hotel, preferable in a remote/wilderness setting.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Strong Food and Beverage management experience.
- Strong with technology and Property Management Systems (such as Nightsbridge).
- Valid license and ability to work in remote conditions.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
