Assistant Lodge Manager - KZNKendrick Recruitment is searching for a qualified & experienced Assistant Lodge Manager for a Luxury 5* Lodge, located in Northern KwaZulu-Natal.Job Details:Salary between R10-R12,000 per month (Negotiable/Depending on Experience)Live in position, with 7 days off per month and 17 Annual leave days per year.After completing 3 months of service the company provides all staff with a mandatory provident fund as well.Meals are included while on duty, when off duty groceries are purchased by the lodge so staff can cook their own meals.Uniform will be provided after 3 monthsMinimum requirements:Min 2 years experience in similar roleNightsbridge knowledge is preferredExcel knowledge is essential as well as other microsoft office programsInterest in marketing & Social media platforms is preferredVibrant personalityAble to motivate team and keep team moral highDuties but not limited to:Able to work independentlyGuest centric position with big/majority focus on hosting and serving at meal timesOverseeing all lodge/hotel departmentsRunning daily operations of camp & staffPetty cash balancingStock takes, orders and invoicingBudgeting reconReservationsShould you feel you are the perfect all-rounder that we are searching for, please apply with your updated CV (full), references and a recent head & shoulders photo ASAP!
