Job Summary
? Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations
? Flexible to work late shifts, weekends, and public holidays
? Hands-on operational and guest service focus
? Strong leadership potential with a positive, team-oriented attitude
? Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
? Working knowledge of POS systems, stock control & basic admin
? South African citizenship (non-negotiable)
? Own reliable transport and valid driver's license

? Act as Hotel Duty Manager during evening operations
? Supervise and support F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, and events
? Ensure closing procedures, guest satisfaction, and operational handovers
? Assist in shift planning, staff management, and service standards
? Handle guest requests, issues, and emergencies professionally
? Support general hotel operations as needed in absence of senior management
? Maintain high hygiene, safety, and service protocols
