We're seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the leadership of our vibrant Food & Beverage department covering multiple restaurants, bars, banqueting venues, and poolside service operations. About the Role As Assistant F&B Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving financial performance across all outlets. You'll partner closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to lead a large, diverse team and uphold the hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest experiences Assist in training, motivating, and developing F&B teams to perform at their best Support in managing budgets, stock control, and cost efficiencies Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly to ensure resolution and retention Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and service innovation initiatives Experience & Requirements Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Food & Beverage within a 4- or 5-star hotel At least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role Strong understanding of restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Financial acumen and working knowledge of POS and stock control systems (Micros, GAAP, etc.) A hospitality qualification will be advantageous
