Support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event service areas
Assist with staff scheduling, supervision, and training to ensure a high-performing team
Maintain exceptional guest service standards and respond to customer feedback professionally
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering and control
Ensure hygiene, health, and safety compliance across all F&B departments
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service flow
Help plan and execute special events, promotions, or seasonal menus
What We're Looking For:
2+ years' experience in a supervisory or assistant F&B management role (hospitality background essential)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
Knowledge of food safety standards and POS systems
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
