Assistant Factory Manager Operations

Job Description
We are looking for an energetic individual to assist the director and factory manager of a company that specializes in Chemical Metal Cleaning and coating, Stainless steel Electro-polishing and Electroplating. You will be working in collaboration with the factory manager in order to provide well organized day-to-day operations and growth of the company. Willing to get your hands dirty and involved in all aspects of the business when necessary. Opportunity of full time position after a 12 month contract.
Duties:
Meet and greet clients Booking in jobs Measure and calculate jobs Quotations for clients Deal with customer queries/complaints Check and track jobs as well as organize departments Housekeeping and general maintenance Must be able to do all the services we provide (high pressure washing, sand blasting, chemical dipping, jigging, vapour blasting, polishing, packaging, etc.) Manage yourself and others
Qualifications/ previous experience:
Matric Sand blasting, powder coating, electroplating, metal cleaning, or spray painting
Requirements:
Own Transport/reliable transport Driver's License Sober Habits Clean habits and organised Be able to multitask Available immediately Have to fully complete company questionnaire Well spoken, Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Computer literate Excellent written and verbal communication skills MS Office Suite Skills Good with people Be presentable Hard working Work well under pressure Know basic mathematics Think on their feet Work with their hands Willing to dive in and do manual labour

Pay: From R15000,00 per month
