experienced and motivated Assistant Factory Manager to join our team!

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Factory Manager to support our factory operations. The successful candidate will assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing production teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and supervising production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards

Perform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operations

Monitor and control production processes

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies

Collaborate with other departments to optimize production planning and inventory management

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the

beverage industry with carbonation experience

Results-orientated with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving continuous improvement

Proven leadership and management skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong organizational skills

Strong technical skills will be advantageous, with the ability to perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery

Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and safety standards

Fluent in English & Afrikaans
