Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across all departments
Manage facility operations, including maintenance, equipment upkeep, and service readiness
Oversee health, safety, and hygiene management, ensuring full compliance with industry and legal standards
Monitor stock control, purchasing, and cost management using MarketMan
Manage POS operations, reporting, and data integrity using Lightspeed
Lead, train, and motivate management and operational teams
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives
Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure effective service recovery
Implement and maintain SOPs, operational systems, and service standards
Support performance management, rostering, and staff development
Proven experience in an Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or senior management role within hospitality
Strong working knowledge of Facility Management
Hands-on experience with Lightspeed POS
Proven experience using MarketMan for stock control and procurement
Solid understanding of Hygiene Management, food safety, and compliance standards
Strong leadership, organisational, and people-management skills
Financial acumen with experience in cost control, budgeting, and reporting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, solution-driven approach
