Minimum Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Higher Certificate in relevant field
Relevant Business / Education Degree will be an advantage
Minimum Experience:
At least three years' experience in a coordination/project management role; previous experience in a Higher Education / Assessment environment will be an advantage. Experience working with assessment/training-related/proctoring software will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate the assessment development and moderation processes s and provide consolidated feedback
Set clear timelines and release schedules accordingly
Monitor the DFL's assessment timelines
Ensure timeous feedback to relevant parties
Release of relevant assessments at predetermined intervals
Source assessments briefs from Faculties
Conduct basic checks on DFL's assessment readiness
Review assessments on relevant platforms (Gradebook / paper-based)
Co-ordinate assessment query process on a daily basis
Continues monitoring of incoming queries
Distribution of queries to relevant parties for resolution
Monitor responses to queries and follow-up where queries are not resolved
Distribute query responses appropriately
Refer training requests to relevant DFL/Eduvos role-players
Conduct checks on quality of online assessment system
Check for relevant alignment between module briefs and gradebook set-ups
Check assessment availability against assessment schedule
Provide administrative support to online assessment system users
Deliver on ad hoc projects/tasks as required (e.g. module mapping per year /block)

Computer Literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - specifically Excel
Proficiency in Moodle or similar LMS
Very detail orientated; an eye for accuracy is a key requirement
