Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty products
Ensure consistent quality, flavour, and presentation
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
Support day-to-day bakery operations, including production scheduling and stock management
Requirements
Proven experience as an Artisan Baker (sourdoughs, specialty breads, pastries)
Strong knowledge of all baking roles - from dough preparation to finishing
Good understanding of food safety regulations (R638 compliant)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for baking excellence

Pay: R10500,00 - R12000,00 per month
