Minimum Requirements
Qualifications that make you a Great fit
Grade 12 National Senior Certificate / NQF Level 4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering subjects Must have
over 60% in Physical Science
Achievedabove 60% in Mathematics (not maths literacy)
Strong analytical and communication skills Reliable and willing to continuously learn new technologies Practical experience in a production or maintenance department will be an added advantageDuties and Responsibilities
Your Apprenticeship Journey
Complete practical and theoretical requirements. Study and understand the relevant learning outcomes and learning fields. Complete studies/courses at formal learning institutions. Gain practical experience in a manufacturing plant during the study period. Complete general Induction/Maintenance Theory & Practice, Dairy Technology, Productivity and Economy subjects. Complete practical training curriculum and Millwright Trade Test at the designated Training Centre. You will be placed at a manufacturing plant to gain work experience while completing the learning programme. * You will gain invaluable experience and be paid a monthly stipend.
