Area Manager Operations
Job Description
As an Area Manager, youxe2x80x99ll have overall responsibility for a number of stores in an allocated area. Youxe2x80x99ll be responsible for staff and youxe2x80x99ll work closely with other senior managers and department managers. Your duties will include: Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service Driving team performance Controlling the training and development of your staff Great leadership skills are also a bonus as youxe2x80x99ll need to be able to inspire and motivate lots of people. Other skills that will be to your advantage are: The ability to work under pressure Confidence, drive and enthusiasm Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility Planning and organisational skills Commercial acumen Working Hours: Monday-Friday 07h00-17h00 Saturday 07h00-12h00 Sunday 07h00-12h00 Alternative weekends and public holidays off. Requirements: Previous commercial trolley/cleaning management experience. Valid driving license. Roadworthy motor vehicle. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: R8,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
