AREA MANAGER - BEAUTY & COSMETIC SALES (Business 2 Business)
JOHANNESBURG (Gauteng) - South Africa
START: 01 February 2026
REPORT TO: National Sales Manager
HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
• Any weekend promotional work required will be pre-authorized and time off in lieu
• Closed on major public holidays

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• R15,000 - R20,000 Basic Salary (BOE)
• Commission on sales
• Performance based incentives - at management's discretion

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Based in JOHANNESBURG with ease of travel to North, East & South - central is ideal

• Valid driver license with your own, insured, vehicle
• Tertiary qualification in Beauty Therapies (ITEC Diploma or similar internationally accredited qualification)
• You must have prior Business to Business Sales Rep experience
• Proven New Business Development experience

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE: * Confident in sales, new business development (opening new accounts) and demonstrating products to professionals

• Confident in using laptop / cell phone and able to multi-task
• Meticulous and accurate
• Accountable and reliable - this is a high pressure environment and results are demanded.
• Able to build a lasting rapport with clients (new and existing)
• You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails
