Matric is essential
Electrical / electronic diploma or degree or N6 or similar
2 Year sales experience with electronic / electric components industry (radio frequencies, wifi, antennas, conductors etc)
Valid drivers license is essential
Maintaining and managing relationships of existing customers.
Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by promoting company products and services.
Sourcing and developing of new business opportunities with new clients.
Negotiating and closing of sales.
Work closely and ensure that Sales Administrators to complete various sales related functions.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets.
Handle customer complaints quickly, professionally and efficiently.
Travel to conduct meetings and demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations of new and existing product lines explaining products to customers and prospective customers.
Preparing customer quotes.
Follow up on quotes sent to client with a phone call on the day it is sent.
Confer with customers and technical team to assess product needs and to determine requirements and needs to plan and modify products.
Help clients solve technical issues with products.
Remain up to date with innovations, trends and new products in the market.
Constant competitor analysis.
Recording and maintaining customer information and records.
Responsible for good housekeeping and safety.
Support and utilise the corrective and preventative action system in order to bring about continuous improvement.
Working daily on Microsoft Office package, SAP and any other CRM program used
Handle sales and technical processes.
Primarily concerned with overall company revenue and increasing profits.
Work directly with customers and ensure their needs are met.
