  • Main customer-facing implementation contact for projects
  • Understand business use cases and requirements and translate them into technical requirements and design decisions
  • Provide prompt support to customers and team members
Requirements Technology:
  • Solid foundations in SQL concepts and language
  • Strong relational databases knowledge and experience with RDBMS (Preferred: MS SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle are a plus)
  • Experience consuming and troubleshooting REST/SOAP APIs
  • Comfortable working with XML and JSON documents for data presentation
Soft Skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly as needed.
Nice to Have Technology
  • ETL process knowledge
  • SQL query optimization knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems (Hubspot, Zoho CRM)
  • Experience with SYSPRO or other ERP systems (SAGE, SAP, EPICOR)
  • Experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Agile methodology
Soft Skills
  • Organized and able to work in an objective-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time Pay: R55,000.00 - R60,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:
  • Solid foundations in the SQL language and concepts: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Data integration & ETL projects using relational DBMS: 1 year (Preferred)
  • consuming and troubleshooting REST or SOAP APIs: 1 year (Preferred)

  • English (Required)
