Job Description
: As an Application Specialist in Cellular and Molecular Applications, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and expertise to our valued customers in the field of cellular and molecular biology. Your responsibilities will include:
Candidate Requirement:
- Honors/Master's degree in a scientific field (Medical Research, Cellular, Molecular, or Microbiology, etc.)
- Offering application support and technical guidance to customers in areas such as flow cytometry, PCR, cell culture, and more.
- Collaborating with the sales team by accompanying them on customer visits.
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads to support business growth.
- Conducting installations and training for small laboratory equipment (e.g., cell counters, spectrophotometers, electrophoresis systems, qPCR instruments, etc.).
- Delivering technical presentations to customers, either in person or remotely.
- Nurturing and building relationships with both existing and potential customers.
