Ensuring team productivity and performance in line with agreed standards



Ensuring service delivery to relevant departments



Leading 1st line service desk employees to ensure optimal service delivery



Ensuring 2nd line Service Desk employees are performing in line with agreed standards



Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related



Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role, managing 1st and 2nd Line Support Consultants



BMC Remedy or similar software package experience



Between 3 - 5 Years
