About the Role
You'll partner with clients and prospects to translate business needs into tailored technology solutions. You'll lead implementations, optimise existing systems, and work closely with a talented international team. Your role blends technical configuration, project management, and client advisory, with room to influence future product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients from needs analysis through to solution delivery.
Configure and optimise systems to meet specific client requirements.
Lead and deliver implementation projects with global colleagues.
Analyse and improve existing client setups.
Gather market insights to inform product development.
Provide ongoing technical and functional support for clients.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or Business Informatics.
1-3 years in a client-facing, technical role.
Native German speaker with fluent business English (B2+); additional languages an advantage.
Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and relationship builder.
Analytical thinker with a focus on quality and results.
Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
