There is an opportunity to join an exciting segment of our business that supports clients during the integration into their platform of LSEG Customer & Third Party Risk Solution products via APIxe2x80x99s and data feeds, which enables the global financial community to fulfil regulations crafted to combat financial crime. Our business is well established with a strong client base and experiencing significant growth globally. We are currently growing our Implementation team to meet the needs of our clients.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Handles day-to-day services offered by the Implementation team.

Ensure best use our products for our clients to ensure client retention and optimise revenues.

Understands client requirements and use-cases for our products and provides proactive implementation through integration discussions.

Provide domain expertise on our suite of product and services.

Rapid knowledge transfer of product related technical capabilities and standard methodologies.

Engages with clients and partners.

Provide updates on new data elements introduced and promote robust data integrations.

The role holder should be self-starters and work well independently having the ability to actively carry out research and investigative work using their own initiative.

Ability to travel to client sites when required.

The essential experience and skills required:

The candidate should have robust technical experience and an understanding of REST API queries and advanced API debugging skills.

Good knowledge of HTTP methods and HTTP requests of the REST API is required along with experience integrating APIs into CRM systems / other platforms.

Knowledge of Postman or similar API applications and intermediate knowledge of tools like Splunk/Grafana/AWS CloudWatch Dashboards is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of JSON and programming languages is desirable.
