Role summary

There is an opportunity for a Technical Consultant to join a segment of the business that supports client developers during the integration into their platform of the World-Check One API, which enables the global financial community to fulfill regulations designed to combat financial crime. The Customer & Third Party Risk business is well established with a strong client base and experiencing significant growth globally. We are currently rapidly growing our global Implementation team to meet the needs of our clients.

xe2x80x8bRole Responsibilities

Support client/ partner developers during their integration Monitor and answer questions sent by developers via the Developer Community forums.

Act as third-level support for client queries raised by Customer Support via the CRM.

Collaboratively works within the global implementation team in a culture of continued improvement, knowledge sharing and ongoing success.

Completes multiple customer implementation projects in parallel.

Updates planning and time tracking systems to provide access to line management.

Work closely with Sales and other crucial collaborators internally.

Qualifications / Experience

Essential:

Robust technical experience backed by a deep understanding of API query resolution.

Experience of integrating an API into CRM systems / other platforms

Knowledge of Visual Studio, Postman or similar API fix applications

Experience of validating a clientxe2x80x99s API development work

Ability to identify and voice gaps in processes and implementation and come up with solutions.

Excellent, well-developed interpersonal, client-facing skills; written and oral

Proficient verbal/written skills

Experience of providing technical support to clients within a regulated or financial services sector

Ability to operate independently and autonomously

Ensuring timely responses, with appropriate critical issues where necessary

Proven sophisticated technical problem solving skills of complex issues, and follow-through actions including documenting and sharing solutions

Evidence of collaborative working within a globally distributed Implementation team or technical support team

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable:

C#, C++ or other common programming language

Working with Financial Institutions in the KYC space and broad understanding of financial crime and AML

Experience of financial systems and techniques in corporate and retail banking
