At LSR, we're building a creative and digital machine. We operate in the UK and are expanding our digital division to support service-based businesses with AI-powered social media, SEO, web content, video production, and data-driven growth strategies.
We're looking for a next-generation marketing creator -- someone who blends creativity with technology and uses AI to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
If you know how to scrape insights, analyse engagement data, repurpose content using AI, and streamline workflows using automation tools, this is for you.
The Role
As our AI-Driven Social Media & Content Manager, you will:
1. Manage and Grow Multi-Platform Social Media Accounts
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
2. Use AI + Scraping Tools to Guide Strategy
Scrape or gather data from competitors and market leaders.
Check last posts, engagement rates, trending topics, and content gaps.
Use tools like Browse AI, Apify, PhantomBuster (or similar) for insights.
Turn insights into content direction, posting calendars, and topic lists.
3. Produce High-Quality Content Using AI + Manual Skills
Turn long-form videos into YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Reels using AI tools (e.g., Opus Clip, Descript, Veed.io, HeyGen).
Work with raw footage from our video team and produce short-form content fast.
Use Jasper, ChatGPT or similar tools to generate captions, scripts, and hooks.
Create scroll-stopping graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
4. Full SEO Ownership
Use Search Atlas (our primary SEO tool) for:
keyword research
competitor comparisons
technical audits
content optimisation
backlink insights
Write SEO-optimised blogs using a combination of AI + human editing.
Track rankings and continually improve site performance.
5. Automated Content Scheduling & Management
Build posting schedules and upload content via:
Meta Business Suite
TikTok Scheduler
YouTube Studio
Buffer / Hootsuite / Metricool (if required)
Maintain a clean and consistent weekly content pipeline using automation.
6. Analytics + Reporting
Monitor performance across platforms.
Generate weekly reports showing engagement, growth, and lead indicators.
Use AI to identify what's working, what to boost, and what needs changing.
7. Trend Monitoring
Stay ahead of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube trends.
Use AI to summarise trends and recommend quick-win content ideas.
Requirements
Experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer.
Strong graphic design skills (Canva / Illustrator / Photoshop).
Video editing ability (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, Descript, etc.).
Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
Hands-on experience using Search Atlas (or similar SEO tools).
Ability to use AI tools for writing, editing, research, and productivity.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Organised, proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued)
Experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
WordPress or other CMS experience.
Use of AI tools like:
Jasper
ChatGPT
HeyGen
Opus Clip
MidJourney
Descript
Apify / PhantomBuster / Browse AI
Experience working with service-based businesses.
Ability to build simple automation workflows.
