We are a Cape Town-based creative agency working with a large retail & lifestyle brand across multiple locations.

Our team handles high-end cinematic brand productions - we are now looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to support us with authentic, staff-focused Reels filmed on iPhone.

This role is on-site, practical, and execution-focused.

What you'll be doing

Visiting multiple stores across Cape Town & surrounds Creating authentic, relatable Instagram Reels featuring staff and everyday moments Shooting short-form video content on iPhone (no big productions) Identifying simple trends that can be executed with staff members Creating basic content concepts Light video editing (cuts, text, music) Delivering final, ready-to-post Reels
Content Style

Staff-focused & lifestyle-driven Natural, fun, authentic Shot on iPhone (not cinematic / not ad-style) Focus on relatability and brand authenticity
Requirements (Important)

Based in Cape Town Valid driver's licence Own reliable vehicle (petrol & travel expenses reimbursed) iPhone 13 or newer Experience creating short-form social media video content Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.) Good eye for trends and social media formats Comfortable working with people and directing staff on camera Reliable, organised, and self-managed
Nice to have

Previous experience with retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands Experience shooting staff or behind-the-scenes content Confidence being on camera if needed (not essential)
Contract & Workload

Freelance / contract-based Flexible schedule, but requires on-site store visits Workload is manageable if planned smartly and batched Long-term collaboration potential
