We are looking for a professional who can step into a client's world, understand their business model and audience, and independently transform loose topics or vague themes into structured, high-performing content calendars, websites and marketing material.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Education:
A Bachelor's degree from a recognised higher institution (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English preferred)
OR
significant, role-relevant professional certifications (e.g., Meta Certified Professional, HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Analytics).
Experience:
Minimum
5 years
of professional working experience specifically in social media management, copywriting, or digital content production.
Portfolio:
A portfolio demonstrating your ability to write for different brand voices and industries is required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Immersion & Content Strategy
Understand the Business:
You cannot write for a client you don't understand. You will be responsible for researching and grasping the nuances of our customers' industries, products, and value propositions.
From Idea to Execution:
Clients often provide loose topics, sparse ideas, or vague themes. Your job is to take that limited input and flesh it out into a robust, strategic content plan that resonates with their specific audience.
Channel Strategy:
Determine the right mix of content types (educational, promotional, engaging) for the specific platform, whether it's LinkedIn, Instagram, or the client's blog.
2. Copywriting & Creative Production
Versatile Writing:
Write high-quality, error-free copy across various mediums, including social media posts, websites, digital brochures, and marketing collateral.
Production Management:
Act as the "Producer" for the content. You will write the copy, brief our designers on the visual requirements, and ensure the final output matches the client's brand guidelines.
Quality Control:
You are the final checkpoint. You ensure that tone, grammar, and messaging are perfect before the client sees it.
3. Performance Analysis & Optimisation
Data-Driven Decisions:
You don't just report numbers; you interpret them. You will track the performance of your content (engagement, reach, conversion) and use that data to refine future content.
Reporting:
Create and present monthly reports that show the client what worked, why it worked, and howwe will improve next month.
4. Marketing Support
Support the broader marketing mix by managing occasional paid ad campaigns (Google Ads/Paid Social) to amplify organic content.
Assist with general marketing activities and client engagement as required.
