This is a permanent role based in Potchefstroom, North West, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the agricultural industry and work with a dynamic team of professionals.Qualifications:A minimum of a BSc in Agronomy and Soil Science.Experience:Minimum 5 years of agronomy experience in the fertilizer spaceKey Responsibilities:Provide professional fertilization and agronomic advice to farming enterprises, ensuring optimal crop productivity and soil health.Offer strategic support to Omnia representatives/agents in delivering exceptional service to clients.Collaborate closely with Omnia Regional Management to align agronomic strategies with business goals.Play an integral role in the Omnia Marketing model, contributing to the development and implementation of effective marketing initiatives.Job Competencies:Sound knowledge of fertilizer and chemical products, with a strong focus on fertilization recommendations.Proven ability to assess soil conditions, analyze crop requirements, and provide tailored agronomic solutions.Excellent understanding of agricultural practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.Effective communication skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at various levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address agronomic challenges and optimize yields.A passion for agriculture, sustainability, and promoting efficient farming practices.Our client offers a competitive salary package, opportunities for career growth, and a collaborative work environment.
