Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Agile principles are followed, including collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
• Support the development process and delivery teams in delivering solutions and product releases.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint kickoff, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and maintain process documentation.
• Foster a trusting and safe team environment through effective communication.
• Assist with backlog maintenance and defects/bugs resolution.
• Proactively participate in team standards development.
• Mitigate external disruptions and distractions to optimize team effectiveness.
• Support and educate Product Owners on backlog maintenance.
• Monitor and manage sprint planning, focus, and dependencies.
• Identify and manage issues, blockers, and risks to enable optimal delivery.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Collaborative Whiteboarding Tools (e.g., Miro, MURAL)

Education:

• IT/Business qualification BCom or BSc or B (Industrial Engineering) degree or equivalent
• Certified Scrum Master
• Appropriate 3/4 years in IT/Business
