Job Summary IT DevOps Agile Scrum Master - Gauteng Must have a Certified Scrum Master/Scrum practitioner. Is essential Must have Minimum of 3 years' working experience Must have solid working experience in IT software DevOps. Exceptional interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. Must have Minimum of 3 years' working experience as anAgile DevOps Scrum Master with having working experience with External Customers/ Clients' regarding their software solution requests. Experience in Life Insurance OR Medical Aid OR HealthCare OR Investments OR other Financial services Industries Working with a IT Software development Team Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view, especially when looking at the client solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with individuals at all levels including execute Responsible for effectively implementing the principles of Scrum to support the product development process, the Product Owners and the Scrum teams. Participates proactively in developing and maintaining team standards. Facilitate the implementation of Agile practices and strive to increase teamwork, openness, and improved communication. Salary up to R820 000 per annum CTC / R 68,333 CTC per Month
