Systems Management: Maintain and update Pilot (recipes, master files, supplier invoices, and menu pricing) and ensure accuracy in financial capturing on Pastel (petty cash, balancing accounts).
Time & Attendance: Manage ERS BIO clockings, ensuring accurate hours and staff compliance.
Supplier Management: Ensure orders are delivered, invoiced/credited, reconciled, and processed for payment.
Marketing & Online Presence: Update websites, social media, and online booking platforms; market hospitality offerings (lodges, restaurants, gardens, and additional services); implement specials and promotions.
General Administration: Handle municipal accounts, rental invoicing, purchase orders, check-ins (when required), and support day-to-day operations.
Events & Functions: Market hospitality functions, assist with menu planning, and ensure accurate costing and pricing.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality and/or restaurant administration (essential).
Strong knowledge of Pilot, Pastel, and ERS BIO systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with marketing and social media experience.
