Join the Clover Maintenance team and help keep our operations running smoothly! The purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative support to the Maintenance Department, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth coordination of maintenance activities, and effective communication within the team.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
Business English: Fluent
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Capture data and provide management information
Maintain technical library and filing
Support way better teams, assist with departmental communication
Maintain EAM system documentation
Collect all EAM work orders
Handle administration of purchasing and engineering stores
Create purchase orders for approval
Place orders at vendors
Receive invoices and ensure it is correctly allocated
Assist with queries from Accounts' department
Ensure department administration conforms to policy
* Record receipt of delivery on EAM system and documented
