HSE Administrative Officer AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
Coega, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth)
Minimum Requirements & Attributes:
Matric certificate
HSE qualification advantageous
35 years HSE experience
Code 8 drivers license
Proficient in English (read & write)
Team player with a confident, proactive approach
:
Review HSE inspection reports, first aid box checks, and fire equipment inspections (extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, sprinkler systems).
Monitor and schedule training to ensure all appointed persons remain competent and certified.
Ensure staff appointments and system administration are current and up to date.
Verify that service providers HSE files, insurances, and competencies are complete.
Confirm full staffing of cleaning and security personnel and report accordingly.
Take minutes of monthly HSE and security meetings.
Track projects, follow up on system actions, and maintain organized filing of records.
Perform general administrative duties including answering and screening calls and emails for the manager.
