SSK currently has the following career opportunity in its Insurance Office in Heidelberg. The successful candidate's primary focus will be on capturing quotations for commercial policies. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for essential administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations across the board.



Responsibilities



Responsible for general administrative tasks, which include but are not limited to:

Accurately loading quotations onto various insurers' electronic platforms Efficiently loading new policies onto updated and current products Applying necessary renewal terms to group scheme policies Managing the timely dispatch of policy renewals and new policies Providing vital support to other offices during periods of staff leave Ensuring continuity of service and handling general administrative duties

Requirements



Must possess a Matric (Grade 12) certificate NQF4 qualification will strengthen the application Experience in the Insurance industry will be an advantage Must have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Must be a reliable and supportive team player Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel)
