Providing administrative assistance in the departmental bursary process.
General Administrative Support
Delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Business Management Division, including meeting coordination, event planning, minute-taking, and the maintenance of
accurate records and correspondence.
Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a courteous and professional reception experience while directing guests to the appropriate personnel.
Ensuring that the reception area remains clean, organised, and reflective of the Department's commitment to professionalism.
Managing the Deputy Director's calendar to ensure effective scheduling and time management.
Ad hoc duties
Supporting the Division with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes NQF 4: Grade 12/ Matric (National Senior Certificate).
Three years' experience in a similar administrative role.
