We are looking for a high-level Administrative Assistant who is proactive, intelligent, and able to work beyond basic task execution. This person must think critically and solve problems independently, especially when dealing with data, finance systems, and operational workflows.
You will work across operations, finance, and reporting using loan processing software, QuickBooks, and advanced spreadsheet tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, tech-savvy, and easy-going.
Key Responsibilities

Data & Operations Support
Work with loan management software (historic and current data)
Perform complex data entry, validation, and data clean-up
Research inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies proactively
Maintain accurate digital records across systems
Finance & Bookkeeping Support
Assist with QuickBooks, including:
+ Posting transactions
+ Reconciling accounts
+ Reviewing coding accuracy
+ Preparing summaries for the bookkeeper or finance manager Support basic financial reporting and internal controls
Reporting & Analysis
Build and maintain spreadsheets in Excel / Google Sheets
Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards, and graphs
Extract insights from data and highlight trends or issues
Present information clearly and professionally
General Administrative Support
Manage email inboxes, prepare documents, and maintain schedules
Support team members with various admin functions
Maintain workflows and action items
Assist with ad-hoc operational projects

Essential Skills

Solid QuickBooks experience (minimum 12 years)
