Position: Administration Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in working order
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, and ensure they are easily accessible for other team members
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of databases
- Collaborate with other team members to improve office processes and procedures
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus
