Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook is essential)
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of store equipment
A Higher Certificate or Diploma in Administration will be an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Log and track store equipment breakdowns
Accurately record and update details received from stores
Communicate with suppliers and send relevant information
Request quotes and generate purchase orders
* Follow up on outstanding logs until completion
