ADMIN ASSISTANT (HALF-DAY | MILNERTON) - IN OFFICE
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business. While full training will be provided, experience with the
Takealot Seller Portal
is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
? Coordinate and manage outgoing shipments
? Place stock orders as required
? Monitor and maintain stock levels
? Capture weekly sales data in Google Sheets
? Log product details into Google Sheets as new stock arrives
? Handle product returns and resolve disputes
? Book couriers for deliveries and returns
? Manage daily communication via WhatsApp and email
? Pack and label orders each morning in the office (half-day)
? Occasionally assist with errands (e.g., stock pickups/drop-offs)
Requirements:
Experience with the Takealot Seller Portal (preferred)
Strong admin and organizational skills
Confident using Google Sheets / Excel
Familiarity with order and inventory management
Able to identify and recommend new product opportunities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Available to work
in-office 3x a week
(half-day, with potential for full-day in future)
Must have own laptop and reliable car
for errands
Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
