Account Manager - IT Services



Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Account Manager

to manage multiple key client accounts in the IT services sector. This role involves

end-to-end account management

, including

month-end billing

,

administrative and reception duties

, and

coordinating with technical teams

to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused,

fully bilingual

, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate needs to be both a team player and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities



Client Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations. Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and internal teams.

Billing & Financial Administration

Prepare and process

month-end billing

for all managed accounts. Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain records of billing and account transactions.

Reception & Administrative Support

Handle client reception duties, including calls, emails, and visitor coordination. Manage scheduling and documentation for client meetings. Maintain client files and ensure compliance with company policies. Function as PA to the MD of the company.

Technical Coordination

Liaise with IT technicians to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Track service requests and monitor progress against SLAs. Communicate technical updates to clients in a clear, professional manner. Ensuring prompt feedback from technical teams to close requests.

Reporting

Prepare monthly account performance and billing reports. Identify opportunities for process improvement in account management and billing.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

3-5 years in account management or client services (IT industry preferred). Experience with billing and financial administration.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Xero Accounting. Good understanding of IT services and terminology.

Attributes:

Customer-centric approach. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
