Job Description
Qualifications/Experience:
- Diploma in agriculture, Accounting or Business Administrations
- 3-5 years experience in an agriculture and/or packhouse environment.
- Accreditations Management Experience, specifically Global GAP and BRC.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365.
- Knowledge of external accreditation requirements for local and export markets.
- Good understanding of employee recruitment and employee payroll, personal and benefit administration.
