Accounts Clerk

Job Description

The accounts clerk will be responsible for providing accounting support to debtor's clerks and other staff within the department and ensuring that customer requirements are met in order to process payments to EZ Shuttle. This includes ensuring that payments are received on prepaid bookings, updating our bank and the issuing of manual invoices and credit notes

Minimum requirements:



Grade 12

A short term finance qualification is beneficial

1 year debtors finance and administration experience within a finance department (experience in the travel and tourism industry advantageous)

SAP experience. (Business Partner, Sales, and Banking Modules)

Key responsibilities:



Assisting debtors' clerks with queries Ensuring all invoices which require purchase orders or voucher numbers are updated Assisting with enquiries received from clients Assistance when required i.r.o. credit notes or a manual invoice. Process of Credit card payments where needed. Sending of any required information to clients, which have been requested telephonically or via e-mail.
