Accounting Practice Supervisor (saica/saipa Accredited)

Job Description
We are looking for an accounting super to join our team in an accounting practice. The candidate must have completed articles as well as 2 years post articles in an accounting firm.
Duties but not limited:
Preparing annual financial statements Performing external audits Reviewing of capturing and work prepared by junior staff Preparation and submission of EMP, VAT and income tax returns Dealing with SARS reviews and audits Assisting clients with queries and general accounting issues Ability and experience in managing and leading a team General Knowledge
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient with preparing financials on Caseware Xero Certified All SARS tax related knowledge Attention to detail Excellent Communication skills Good organizational skills Must be well organised and work well under pressure BCom Accounting / BCompt degree Completed articles or previous experience in an audit / accounting firm with 2 years post articles in a firm SAICA/SAIPA registered Own transport Behavioural Competencies Must pay attention to detail Team player with the ability to work independently Willing to learn Registered tax practitioner
Salary - Market related based on experience
