Job Description
We are looking for a manager to join our team in an accounting practice.
Duties but not limited:
Preparing annual financial statements Performing external audits Reviewing of capturing and work prepared by junior staff Preparation and submission of EMP, VAT and income tax returns Dealing with SARS reviews and audits Assisting clients with queries and general accounting issues Manage and lead a team General Knowledge
Skills and Abilities:
SAICA/SAIPA or similiar accredited Proficient with preparing financials on Caseware Xero Certified All SARS tax related knowledge Attention to detail Excellent Communication skills Good organizational skills Must be well organised and work well under pressure BCom Accounting / BCompt degree Completed articles or previous experience in an audit / accounting firm Own transport Behavioural Competencies Must pay attention to detail Team player with the ability to work independently Willing to learn Registered tax practitioner
Salary - Market related based on experience
