We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with strong accounting skills to support our executive team. This hybrid role combines traditional PA responsibilities with financial oversight, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a knack for numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle confidential correspondence and communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
Maintain filing systems and ensure timely follow-ups
Accounting & Financial Support
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial summaries
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Liaise with external accountants and auditors
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Administrative Duties
Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
Organize events and team functions
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the executive
Type documents for management as an when required
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
A minimum of three years' experience within as a personal assistant within the accounting sector
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Quickbooks, Xero)
Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Professional demeanour and proactive mindset
Familiarity with payroll and tax submissions is a plus
Excellent communication skills
High level of integrity and ethics
