Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including income statement variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and statement of cash flows.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws by preparing tax returns and managing tax-related processes.
• Monitor accounting systems and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
