About the Role
Were seeking a
CIMA-qualified Accountant
to manage end-to-end financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate, compliant reporting across multiple entities or clients.The ideal candidate combines
strong technical accounting knowledge
withcommercial insight
, capable of translating numbers into meaningful business intelligence.###
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts, including
P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
statements. Conductvariance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
in collaboration with management. Maintain accurategeneral ledger reconciliations
and ensure timely month-end close. Review and overseeAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
entries. Supportaudit preparation
and compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Providefinancial performance analysis
and recommendations for business improvement. Develop and maintaininternal control frameworks
and financial policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize accounting processes and data integrity.###
Qualifications & Experience
CIMA qualification
(ACMA/CGMA) essential.3-6 years experience
in accounting, financial analysis, or management reporting. Strong proficiency inQuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite
(and advanced Excel). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-financial stakeholders. Experience working withinternational clients
(U.S./U.K.) preferred.###
