Are you a qualified Management Accountant with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Import/Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical, or Distribution?

Preparing accurate and timely monthly management reports
Reconciling capital expenditure accounts
Designing and implementing effective costing systems
Identifying methods to improve productivity & operational efficiency
Recommending cost-effective strategies
Supervising cost and administration staff
Preparing monthly and annual budgets
Contributing to strategic planning and budgeting processes
Performing forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-making
Qualifications:
BCom in Accounting / Finance / Management Accounting (essential)
CIMA / SAIPA / SAICA / equivalent professional qualification (advantageous)
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Management Accountant (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries)
Strong knowledge of costing systems (ABC, Standard, or relevant methods)
Hands-on experience with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Exposure to supervising or mentoring cost clerks/analysts
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel
