Requirements:

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage accounting for multiple entities, including retail and commercial businesses. Handle tenant billing, recoveries, and liaise with commercial tenants regarding notices and account queries. Ensure compliance with FICA, VAT, PAYE, and other SA regulation requirements, including VAT submissions. Prepare accurate profit and loss statements, management reports, and annual financial statements. Oversee daily financial operations, cash flow management, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations. Liaise effectively with auditors, municipal authorities, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations. * Maintain company registration requirements and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations.
