We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised mid-level Account Manager to work with a dynamic team and global client base at a ground-breaking visual communications studio in Cape Town. This flexible role will see you in-office 4 days a week, with one day at home (not a Monday or Friday).The company conceptualises, produces and commercialises engaging products for some of the largest companies across mining, energy, and industrial sectors.   • Manage high-impact accounts: Support the management of multiple key accounts, ensuring that we exceed client expectations and deliver on all contractual requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional projects: Oversee client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring they're on-time, on-budget, and on-point.
  • Solve problems creatively: Identify opportunities to expand key accounts by presenting innovative solutions that align with client needs.
  • Drive quality communication: Maintain excellent service standards through detailed briefs, contact reports, status updates, and change documentation.
  • Showcase excellence: Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals that demonstrate the agency's value.
  • Collaborate with creativity: Partner with the creative studio to bring your briefs to life with impactful, visually engaging content.
  • Travel the world: Visit client sites across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Australia to strengthen relationships, support projects, and see your work in action.
RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • A solid foundation: A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are a bonus.
  • Proven experience: 5+ years in a key account management role, preferably with exposure to mining, energy, or construction sectors.
  • Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management mastery: Excellent organisation and administrative skills with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
  • A proactive attitude: A team player who's curious, hard-working, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
  • Global readiness: A valid driver's licence, passport, and vaccinations (or willingness to get them) for local and international travel.
  • Attention to detail
  • Multilingual abilities in Spanish, French, Turkish, or Arabic - a plus!
  • Experience working with industrial companies in diverse cultural settings - a bonus!
