The Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their needs and goals, and helping them navigate our offerings to achieve desired outcomes. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be liaising between clients and internal teams. Your duties will include managing project timelines, overseeing account deliverables, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. By working collaboratively with clients and our internal teams, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Proven track record in maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with CRM software and account management tools
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Understanding of marketing or technical concepts is a plus
  • Strong understanding of internet connectivity, cloud services, or related technologies (preferred).
  • Understands basics of SaaS hosting challenges (scalability, performance).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Windows server use cases and basic hosting tasks (DNS, SSL).
  • Understands firewalls, SSL, DDoS, patching, and why they matter for uptime/security.
