An established and innovative Outsourced IT Provider in the North of Jozi is rolling out the red carpet for a superstar Account Manager / Service Delivery Manager to join their elite team.
a? What youll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of VIP clients think top 20% red carpet treatment
- Hosting checkpoint meetings and making client satisfaction your personal mission
- Owning the delivery experience from the ground up tech, service, and relationship
- Bringing insights to the table with your strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Travelling to clients when needed because face time still matters
- Solid experience in Account Management or Service Delivery, ideally in Telecoms or ISP
- A technical understanding of IT you speak geek and business fluently
- Organised to the core think colour-coded calendars and zero missed follow-ups
- Comfortable engaging with executive-level clients
- A natural relationship builder with a dash of sales energy
- A deep curiosity or passion for AI? Thats a serious bonus!
