Account Manager / Sales Representative
Job Description
Job Summary You will be the first point of contact between the customer and the business and will be responsible for sales achievement. Understand the customers' needs and ensure effective problem-solving is applied. Ensure customers' queries are handled quickly and that customers always receive follow-up communication until the query is resolved Minimum Job Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Minimum 2 years experience as a sales rep/account manager within the FMCG space Drivers license Matric certificate and Tertiary qualification Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Salary and Benefits Basic Salary (to be confirmed, based on experience) Company Car and Petrol Card Eligible for Quarterly Incentive Plan Provident Fund Office Space Please note - there are no offices in JHB , you will predominantly be working from home (on the road) and any required facilities will be provided within reason. The client has distributors in JHB and customers which can be used as a base if needed.
