is a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency specializing in dental and healthcare practices. We partner with practices nationwide to deliver performance-driven marketing strategies with a strong focus on results, communication, and long-term client relationships.

We're looking for a

high-caliber Account Manager

to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, smooth execution, and long-term account success.

Key Responsibilities


Client Communication & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients via email, video calls, and phone. Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and expectations. Lead regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy discussions. Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in our work.
Account & Project Management

Coordinate internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule. Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple client accounts. Ensure all projects stay within scope and align with agreed-upon strategies. Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and address them before they escalate.
Performance & Reporting

Review campaign performance at a high level and communicate results clearly to clients. Deliver regular performance updates and reports, translating data into actionable insights. Identify opportunities for optimization, upsell, or expansion within existing accounts.
Collaboration & Process Adherence

Work within established SOPs while contributing ideas to improve workflows and client experience. Maintain detailed notes, updates, and action items in Asana and CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability.

Qualifications

Proven 2+ years experience as an

Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role

, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment. Requires partial overlap with U.S. business hours(Eastern) for meetings and client communication. Exact working hours are flexible and can be discussed. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong verbal communication skills suitable for leading calls and meetings with U.S.-based clients. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with excellent organization and follow-through. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, language, and performance metrics (paid media, SEO, analytics) preferred. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a global team. Experience using tools such as

HubSpot, Asana, Loom

, or similar platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R25000,00 - R60000,00 per month
